We were amazed at the quality of recordings. The charging was 2 hours and set up was easy. Hella better than the avg usb voice recorder, voice activated recording is badass and picks up voices from across the room.
This company gives excellent customer care. The customer support (on line chat) is superior to any I' ve ever known. If opened, and defective, you must contact the manufacturer. Also, you can' t return items to Proofpronto unless they' re unopened. The only downfall to this recorder is that you never know when you' re at the end of the 8 GB capacity. I bought it for this reason and it has shown itself to have the clarity and accuracy I need. This recorder picks up dogs barking 60-80 ft away.
